Update on Mexico

Since I never updated everyone on my trip to Mexico--here goes! It was a great time of fellowship and seeing the sights! We had a great time in Puebla. We spent some time sitting in the square "people-watching", which is always a good time. On Friday, we visited some missionaries and the MK school trying to drum up some support for the summer. We'll see how God leads. Then Tim and I took the bus back to Mexico City and watched "A Knight's Tale" in Spanish--good thing I've seen it enough to understand and remember the quotes!

Have you ever tried to meet someone when the bus driver won't stop where we want him to stop? In addition, my cell phone wouldn't receive the phone calls from Rod even though he kept calling! Eventually, he got through and we met him at Wal-Mart! Hasn't the world changed? We saw many Wal-Mart Supercenters during our time there! Crazinesss!!!

Rod and his wife, Mayra, are excited about having the team come this summer. They have agreed to host our team for a week and we are still looking for someone to host the second week. Also, the team will be hosted in Mexican's homes rather than a hotel room. That will be a great experience for them.

Well, I guess that's enough for now! Have a great day!
